DESCRIPTION:Teaching is holy work.\nAnd it is heavy work. \nBy January\, many of you are carrying more than you can name. You’ve sprinted through a full fall\, poured yourself out through the holidays\, and returned to classrooms that need you steady\, present\, and clear—just as the long stretch toward spring begins. \n Jesus sees that weight. \n When the disciples returned from their work—tired\, overwhelmed\, and full of stories—Jesus did not give them another assignment. He said\, “Come away by yourselves to a quiet place and rest awhile.” (Mark 6:31) \n Educators in Prayer is our way of making space for that invitation. \n On Sunday\, January 25 from 12:30-2 p.m.\, we’re inviting teachers\, school staff\, administrators\, early childhood educators\, homeschool parents\, and all who serve students in any capacity to stay after the 11 am service for a simple lunch and a guided time of prayer. \nThis is a moment to pause.\nTo be prayed for.\nTo let God meet you in the middle of your work and quietly help you reset. \nIf you’re weary\, you belong here.\nIf you feel alone in your school\, you belong here.\nIf you’re carrying students\, families\, systems\, and expectations on your shoulders\, you belong here. \nCome as you are.
