Chris’s session, “Mental Health, Tech, & AI: Protecting Fabulous and Fragile Brains,” will share practical guidance on how technology affects developing brains, why certain apps and platforms can be especially powerful for teens, what the rise of AI companions means for families, how to respond to out-of-control tech use, and what layers of protection every home needs in the AI age.
